I saw the Longest Yard on tuesday, which I quite enjoyed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a football movie I didn’t like and Adam Sandler is back to his old shenanigans (somewhat) so I give it an A+. The movie ended with a trick play that was rather clever, especially since I saw Brett Favre try it once on Monday Night Football, but of course clever plays in movies never work in the NFL no matter how clever they seem to be.
