Mocking The Undrafted
A funny look at the NBA draft.
We're less than 5734 minutes away from the NBA draft and we're counting the seconds! While most fans of the draft will eagerly quaff their Natty Ice in anticipation of their hometown team's pick, we'll be watching for a different reason. Invariably, every draft has at least one guy who expects to go in the lottery slipping way down the list, in some cases into the second round or out of the draft all together.

Fatherly Advice
What did Stephon Marbury say to Randy Moss?
Steph caught up with Randy Moss 3 days before Moss was moved to New England. Think that had anything to do with Randy saying Tom Brady is the quarterback he most wanted to play with? Naaahh..

The Off Season Is Here!
Maybe this year's off-season will beat this year's NBA season?
Ok… I know the NBA finals are going to be exciting now. I get that. Lebron “Luke-the-force-is-with-you” James vs the San Antonio “Deathstar” Spurs (who really thinks the good guys are going to win this time?) - great viewing.

RAW!
A look at the latest WWE RAW.
WWE RAW Kicked off the week of TV from Hampton, VA on Monday night, and the focus that the show has had for quite sometime simply didn't seem to be there, making this one of the weaker shows that we've seen for awhile.

WHIP
Why is WHIP is the best baseball statistic?
WHIP is, in my opinion, the best barometer of how well a pitcher is actually pitching. Wins can mask errors and ERA takes more into account than merely the successes and failures of a pitcher. If you see a pitcher with a 4.50 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP, you can almost be assured that his ERA will soon plummet. Let me explain why...

Winter Baseball
Television may turn baseball into a winter sport.
That is what brings us to Major League Baseball, which on Monday announced that a scheduling change could have the World Series stretching out all the way to November 1st. Mind you that the "Fall Classic," a tradition that has passed down through the years, now should be renamed the "Series Chill," as games that late in the season are almost for sure going to be played in cold temps if you are anywhere east of say St.Louis.

Retiring Moments
The end of Brett Favre's great career.
So now Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre says his emotions got the best of him and he never really wanted to be traded from the Packers anyways, and it was just his competitive nature coming out. All this was brought about by the New England Patriots acquisition of Oakland Raiders wide receiver and NFL “problem child” Randy Moss on draft day. Favre said the deal was a steal and the fact that the Packers did not go after him, showed they weren’t really serious about contending while he is still at the reins on the field.
